I hosted Slack first product manager Kenneth Berger at Products That Count in November. Kenneth talked about strategies that Slack used to become the fastest-growing and one of the most beloved enterprise mobile products. He shared some surprising approaches such as leveraging PR early on, focusing on more than one metric at a time. This is against the norm in Silicon Valley these days but hey, it worked!
